- Conference calls
- Dila-by-name
- Do-not-disturb mode
- Consultative calls: put callers on hold and have someone else talk to them before the original caller is available

Customer Support
If you want to reach out to MightyCall, you can call the support team at +1(888) 256-8312, submit a ticket or use the live chat option. The company also offers live onboarding sessions and a comprehensive help center where you can find setup guides, API documentation, and plenty of other useful resources.
Security
MightyCall promises to offer world-class security and reliability. This virtual phone system relies on SSL Certificates and 256-bit encryption to secure all outside and internal connections. Moreover, its payment processing is secured via Regurly, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. MightyCall’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Centers use different security measures such as encryption and threat detection to protect the information the company stores.
App Support & Integrations
MightCall’s app allows you to manage your phone system on the go. You can access all the call management tools you need, texts, MMSs, voicemails, call recordings, analytics, and more. The app is free and compatible both with iOS and Android.
If you want to learn how to integrate this phone system with your business apps, you’ll find all the learning resources you need in the help center. There are separate guides for the most popular integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, and Zoho), as well as API documentation. HubSpot also integrates with the Mighty Call app. After checking the pricing plans, we saw that a Zoho integration is not yet available, but, it’s ‘coming soon.’
Summary
With a solid selection of core features for streamlined communication and teamwork, MightyCall is a reliable VoIP. This provider has attractive prices, transparent and sturdy security measures, reliable support, and plenty of resources. However, it lacks some of the advanced features other phone systems focus on these days such as video conferencing.
Is MightyCall right for you?
If you need a simple phone system with all the basic call management features, MightyCall is an excellent option. However, as your business grows, you might need extra numbers or users, and this could get expensive.
