GoTo pricing plans differ from product to product. There are two pricing plans for the company’s flexible cloud phone system, GoTo Connect:
Basic: starting at $27/user/month
This plan includes calls from any device, anywhere in the world, existing number porting, local, toll-free, or vanity numbers, call forwarding, unlimited extensions, instant response, customizable dial plans, auto attendant recorded greetings, call queues, ring groups, hot desking, multi-site compatibility, e-Fax, voicemail to email, call management features, paid international calling, intercom, paging, call recording, real-time analytics, caller hold time reports, toll-free minutes at $0.03/minute, team messaging, audio conferencing, SMS up to 40 credits.
Standard: starting at $32/user/month
The Standard plan includes everything in the Basic one, but with no limitations on some of the features or higher caps. For example, it offers 80 credits for SMS, 50 simultaneous webcams instead of 4, unlimited meeting durations, 1,000 toll-free minutes, unlimited call queues, and more.

GoTo Connect
This all-in-one communications solution for small and medium businesses is a cloud-based phone system that also offers meetings and messaging features. The system is easy to configure and it is compatible with any laptop or mobile device, allowing you to switch devices and stay connected.GoTo Connect allows you to use existing business numbers or add toll-free numbers. It offers unlimited extensions and a phone tree directory. The built-in video conferencing feature has HD quality. The system integrates with different apps, such as Slack or Salesforce. Call routing, call volume analytics, a visual dial plan editor, and other features are also included.
GoTo Contact Center
GoTo’s cloud contact center is dedicated to small and medium businesses. Its admin portal is intuitive and customizable. Contact Center helps you easily create call flaws, route customers, configure queue call backs or pre-recorded voicemails, switch between communication channels, get calls and performance stats and analytics.
Customer Engagement
Customer Engagement is compatible with GoTo Connect. It offers two core features, a multi-channel inbox and outbound SMS campaigns which are easy to schedule and personalize. The inbox allows you to access all customer communications you get by SMS, chat, surveys, or social platforms in one place.
GoTo Webinar
GoTo’s Webinar software offers HD video. Some of the webinar features include customizable modes, analytics, integrations with CRM and other apps, personalized registration forms, pre-recorded webinars, handout attachments, multi-presenter and share-screen, and other interactive features. The webinar platform can be used for large events hosting up to 3,000 attendees and requires no download.
GoTo Meeting
This is GoTo’s business web conferencing tool. It doesn’t require downloads. Meeting synchronizes with the other GoTo products. The audio quality is rather high thanks to the background noise suppression feature. This system has built-in audio for VoIP and toll and a 99.999% service uptime.

Customer Support
GoTo provides support via a resource-rich help center. You need to choose your product first. Then, you’ll be directed to a resources area where you can browse for topics. An FAQ section and a user community are also available. To contact the support agents, you can submit a ticket or call. There is also a virtual assistant chat option.
Security
GoTo tools offer various security features such as multifactor authentication, password-protected meetings, meeting IDs, the ability to hide attendees in a meeting, and robust encryption methods and protocols that aim to ensure confidentiality.
